Time for lax regulation on vaping to go up in smoke |

OPINION: The days of the soft regulatory approach to the ever-evolving vaping industry look set to be numbered.

And isn’t it refreshing to see the main two political parties actually reach out to work together, in a bid to strike a bipartisan approach to level-headed reform.

The extending of the olive branch last week by National’s Simon Bridges enters the same hallowed league as cross-party endeavours on banning military-style semi-automatic firearms and John Key’s neutralising overtures to Helen Clark on smacking.

I have previously written about vaping and how e-cigarettes proved to be the circuit-breaker for me in the quest to unchain myself from 20 years of tobacco smoking.
